CO-OWN CONTRACT
A CO-OWNERSHIP MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR DIFFERENT REASONS. THIS IS THE MOST BASIC CO-OWN CONTRACT. IF THIS DOES NOT FIT THE DESIRED RESULTS, A DIFFERENT CONTRACT MAY BE CONSIDERED BY BOTH PARTIES
.A Co-owner is someone attempting to gain full ownership of this dog where I would resign all rights to the dog. In signing, you agree to the terms of this contract.
This dog is being sold with Full Registration meaning that you agree to make every effort to put an AKC Championship Title on this dog by the dog competing in AKC sanctioned competitions. .
If for any reason you cannot keep this dog, you are required to contact me before you make other arraignments for this dog.
